Every day some hair falls from our heads. An adult human head has about 100,000 to 150,000 hairs. Usually, a man’s on average, up to 100 hairs can fall from the head daily.   1. Eat a Balanced Diet: You should eat a balanced diet rich in protein. Foods rich in protein, vitamins (A, B, especially biotin, C, D and E) and several minerals (iron, zinc) should be included in your diet for hair. Foods rich in these ingredients are egg yolks, liver, nuts, seeds, milk, bananas, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, etc. All these foods strengthen the hair and promote new hair growth.
